Honda Civic 2013 Coming in November 2012

If you are planning to buy a 2013 Honda Civic, take note of the following specs.
Honda has supposedly sent a letter to its dealers encouraging them to quickly sell down their current inventory of 2012 Civics, given that the arrival of 2013 model will make them difficult to sell.
We can expect the 2013 Civic to have a revised front fascia with a new hood and grille, as well has an updated rear end with new taillights. The biggest changes will be made inside where we can expect higher quality materials, better fit-and-finish and more standard features, including Bluetooth audio, Pandora and SMS. A backup camera will also be offered.
According to vtec.net, the updated model is expected to go sale on November 29th, 2012.

Chevrolet unveils production of Sonic Dusk sedan for SEMA

If you're waiting for the arrival of Sonic Dusk sedan from Chevrolet, then here are some details you may want to know.
Chevrolet announced production of the Sonic Dusk sedan, designed to bring a higher degree of sophistication and refinement to the subcompact segment. The production intent Sonic Dusk will be displayed at the SEMA Show, opening Oct. 30 in Las Vegas and leads a diverse range of stylized Chevy small cars.
The SEMA show vehicle features a production-intent package with ground effects, a rear spoiler and large, 18-inch aluminum wheels with a Pearl Nickel finish. Sophisticated touches lend the Ashen Grey Sonic Dusk a refined, contemporary aesthetic. The upper and lower grilles, door handle inserts and rear license plate trim are finished with a matte appearance, while stainless steel lower window moldings add an upscale accent to the body.
Inside, Sonic Dusk features Jet Black leather-trimmed seats with suede accents and Mojave tan inserts. Mojave accent stitching and tan-color door panel and instrument panel accents were designed to enhance the cabin's ambience. It is also equipped with Chevrolet's MyLink infotainment system, which integrates a smartphone and stored media – via Bluetooth, plug-in outlet or USB – with the radio.
Sonic Dusk is powered by the Ecotec 1.4L turbocharged engine, rated at 138 horsepower (103 kW) and 148 lb.-ft. of torque (200 Nm) between 1,850 rpm and 4,900 rpm. The wide rpm range for the maximum torque – a specific trait of turbocharged engines – helps the engine deliver a better driving experience and performance. The engine is mated with a six-speed transmission – and production models offer a six-speed manual or automatic.

There's no word yet on pricing, but we definitely expect it to be priced well above the current luxury trim level, the Sonic LTZ ($18,640), and possibly closer to the sporty Sonic RS hatchback ($20,995).

The 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ

Chevrolet is offering another model that will be fitting to the present demand for cars.

Chevrolet's latest volley is the 2013 Malibu LTZ, a sedan that is both handsome in appearance and in appointments, slotting near the top of the trim level spectrum and offering a good selection of standard features and options.
The advantage: The 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ's standard MyLink infotainment system offers a wide range of digital audio sources and limited app integration. SiriusXM Travel Link provides movie showtimes, sports scores, and weather on the dashboard.
The unfavorable: The Pioneer-branded premium audio system doesn't sound very premium. You have to choose between navigation and the MyLink system.
The offer: The 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ is a comfortable ride with a good level of standard cabin tech, but it's a few thousand bucks overpriced when compared with the competition from Ford, Honda, and Toyota.

All of the models will be equipped with Jaguar’s 8-speed Quickshift automatic transmission along with mechanical LSD in the V6 options and electronic in the V8 version. German tuner Kicherer has done just that with their drop dead gorgeous 2012 Mercedes SLS GT AMG Supercharged. As you probably already guessed by the name, the vehicle’s 6.3 liter V8 engine has been equipped with a supercharger, allowing the beast to put down a cool 700 ponies. What exactly does this mean for you? Try a zero to 100 kilometers per hour time of just 3.4 seconds. The MERCEDES-BENZ SLS AMG GT3 45TH

If you are looking for a tough car, one of the best today, here it is..
The vehicle was created in celebration of the SL’s 45th birthday. Ultra limited to only 5 models around the world, the carbon fiber constructed body has been dipped in a simple magno graphite matte paint job that really sets things off nicely. Of course this thing is made to race, which is exactly what the beastly AMG 6.2 liter V8 under the hood is for. Before you get too excited though, remember this is a SLS, and that means big money. The 45th Anniversary SLS AMG GT3 will carry a sticker price of $578,250.

The 2013 Ford Flex SEL AWD

The Flex is either a gigantic wagon, a large crossover, or an SUV with lower-than-average ground clearance. Long, low, and wide, the Flex's true nature is betrayed by its underpinnings, the D4 platform, which it shares with theFord Explorer, fairly solidly planting this vehicle in the crossover class as far as I'm concerned.
The advantage:
The 2013 Ford Flex SEL AWD has plenty of space for passengers and bulky cargo, it occupy a wide range of audio sources, and you can add on a lot of driver aid and safety tech for not much more money.
The unfavorable:
The MyFord Touch system, while improved dramatically, feels slow to respond and cluttered.
The offer:
The boxy 2013 Ford Flex SEL AWD is not for everyone, but it's worth a look if you're in the market for a big vehicle with big space and plenty of available cabin tech.

The 2013 Ford Explorer Sport

The Explorer Sport is powered by a twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 engine with at least 350 horsepower that is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. Ford didn’t just stop there, the Explorer Sport also gets stiffer chassis and a faster power steering system for more responsiveness. Ford also added larger brakes for shorter stopping distances and better performance while towing.

The difference of  Explorer Sport from the other Explorer models, Ford gave it unique 20-inch wheels, blacked out headlights and taillights, side view mirror skull caps and black roof rack rails. The Explorer Sport’s face gets a special grille with a low-gloss Sterling Gray mesh, with contrasting ebony high-gloss bars. Inside charcoal black leather-trimmed seating is available with and without contrasting sienna inserts. The stitching on the leather seats is emphasized to lend a handcrafted appearance while highlighting Explorer Sport’s sculptured seats.

The 2013 Volkswagen Beetle TDI Diesel

The new and modern Beetle Volkswagen is here..
This is a different Beetle—longer, lower, wider, sleeker—with a different diesel.
The earlier 1.9-liter diesel was an older type that lacked the efficiency of common-rail technology, with its immense pressures and cleaner operation. Paired with a five-speed manual transmission, the 1.9’s final EPA ratings were 31 mpg city and 40 highway. The new TDI four has a larger total displacement—72 cc, to be exact—thanks to a cylinder bore increase of 1.5 mm. More displacement plus improved fuel delivery adds up to more power, which means 140 hp from the 2.0 versus 100 from the 1.9, and 236 lb-ft of torque versus 177.
TDI test car had a six-speed manual, and it ran to 60 in 8.1 seconds, and covered the 440-yard dash in 16.2 at 85 mph. That not what you’d call quick, although it did trump a 2012 Beetle with the basic 2.5-liter five and automatic transmission. That one clocked a 60-mph time of 8.5 seconds and a quarter-mile of 16.5 at 85.

The 2013 Ford Escape Titanium

The Features
The Escape Titanium was equipped with a few interesting convenience features. By far, the most interesting of the standard features is the hands-free liftgate.
If you're approaching the rear of the vehicle and your hands are full -- maybe you're carrying bags of groceries, a bulky box, or an angry toddler -- you can open the rear power liftgate by simply kicking a foot under the rear bumper. There's no need to free a hand to fish keys out of your pocket or to pull a handle. This kicking motion also works to close the liftgate in the event that you're taking something bulky out of the Escape and need to lock the vehicle up. The hands-free liftgate works in tandem with the keyless entry system, so you'll need to have the smart-key transponder on your person, say in a pocket, to activate the system, which prevents strangers or passing cats from just kicking your rear hatch open.

The advantage:
The 2013 Ford Escape Titanium features a variety of convenience features, such as the hands-free liftgate, that make owners' lives easier. Available Active Park Assist steers the car into parallel-parking spots automatically. The 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine delivers good power and efficiency.
The unfavorable:
The MyFord Touch system, while improved dramatically, still feels slow to respond and slightly cluttered.
The offer:
The 2013 Ford Escape Titanium is a whole new car, both inside and out, offering great tech where the rubber meets the road and unique automation technologies that make it an easy car to live with.

The Lamborghini 2013 Aventador

Anyone who love a car will notice this one, take a quick look at some of its specs.
Lamborghini said that the 2013 Aventador with its new fuel-saving tech saves an average of 7 percent to a new estimate of 14.7 mpg and that steady state highway cruising at 80 mph sees an even larger 20 percent reduction in consumption and emissions. Plugging the EPA's estimate for the 2012 model into that 20 percent reduction gives us a very loose estimate of 20.4 mpg highway.  Aventador's 700-horsepower split between all four wheels is probably enough power for one car. The 2013 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 gets a mile per gallon bump thanks to the addition of cylinder deactivation and idle stop-start technologies that allow the V-12 engine to instantaneously and momentarily make less power in the pursuit of using less fuel. When cruising or coasting at speeds below 85 mph, the Aventador shuts down one bank of its 6.5-liter, V-12 engine -- essentially transforming the engine into a 3.25-liter, inline six-cylinder. You don't need all 700 ponies for your daily commute, so by basically shrinking the engine on demand, Lamborghini is able to squeeze out a few more mpgs.
