The SAMSUNG Sophisticated MV900F SMART Camera

Samsung Electronics America Inc., a market leader and award-winning innovator in consumer electronics, is now shipping the MV900F, the newest digital camera among the company’s Wi-Fi SMART camera offerings. Building on the popularity of its predecessor, Samsung’s MV800, the MV900F’s innovative 180-degree MultiView display makes it easy to capture creative self-portraits from any angle, and now with the addition of Wi-Fi connectivity – also easy to share images with friends and family. Priced at $349.99 (MSP) and available for purchase at retailers nationwide, the MV900F comes in sophisticated white and black.

“Samsung’s MultiView cameras are among the most successful compact cameras and now with the addition of Wi-Fi and innovative features like Gesture Shot, the MV900F packs enough punch to make it a category leader.
Integrating Wi-Fi technology into the MultiView line, the MV900F instantly connects with Facebook, Picasa, Photobucket and YouTube without the need for any wires or cables. With just the touch of the dedicated SMART LINK button, or through the intuitive touch screen, sharing and securely storing pictures is a breeze.
The F2.5 bright lens captures crisp, detailed photos even in low light environments, a powerful 16.3M pixels BSI CMOS sensor that produces high-quality photos and video, and a wide 25mm lens for fully framed images, the MV900F is a high-performing and versatile camera. Plus, the 5x optical zoom makes shooting from long distances a snap.

The Wikipad Gaming Tablet

The Nintendo Wii U is not the only tablet-based gaming hardware launching this fall. Wikipad is a new 10-inch Android tablet designed from the ground up to work with a proprietary game pad dock.
Powered by an Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, the Wikipad can download games from Nvidia's Tegra Zone store, Google Play, the PlayStation Mobile platform, and other app stores. Unlike other Android tablets that can also play a wide variety of games, the Wikipad's unique selling point is its custom handheld controller dock, which adds two analog sticks, shoulder triggers, a directional pad, and four buttons -- all of which makes it look a lot like a PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 controller.
It is very thin and light, weighing 1.2 pounds and only 0.3 inch thick. The back surface (which is matte black plastic) has a small inset ridge running around it, which acts as a finger grip, and also helps guide the tablet into the game pad dock.

Weakness of Samsung Smartphones

Owners of the Samsung Galaxy S2 and S3 may be vulnerable to a flaw that could allow their personal data to be deleted from their device, a security researcher has discovered.

The malicious code, which is now circulating on the Internet, could trigger a factory reset of the popular handsets, according to Ravi Borgaonkar, a researcher in the Security in Communications department at Technical University Berlin, who demonstrated the vulnerability at the Ekoparty security conference in Argentina last week.

The flaw lies in the way Samsung's TouchWiz UI interacts with unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) codes, which execute commands on the handset's keypad. While most dialers require the user to hit the "send" button to complete the code, Samsung's does not, Borgaonkar said.

The Panasonic RP HJE355

Advantage
Panasonic's RP-HJE355 series in-ear headphones cost less than $20, sound very good for the money, and are comfortable to wear.

Unfavorable
There's no built-in microphone for making cell phone calls.

The Offer
Panasonic's very affordable RP-HJE355 series in-ear headphones sound as good as many earphones that cost twice as much.

Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 820

Features
Nokia's flagship Windows Phone 8 device, the Nokia Lumia 920, features an impressive smartphone display based on exclusive technology called Nokia PureMotion HD+. With better than HD resolution, overdrive technology for keeping moving images pixel-perfect and sunlight enhancements for easy viewing even in the brightest sunlight, the 4.5-inch display of the Lumia 920 produces a totally immersive experience. PureMotion displays are super-sensitive with any touch interaction, enabled by the ClearPad Series 3 technology.
ClearPad Series 3 offers up to 10 finger full-time tracking and fast refresh rates, with industry leading signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR), delivering high performance to the most demanding smartphones. Synaptics' patented SignalClarity(TM) technology improves tracking accuracy, finger separation, and environmental and electrical noise robustness for an unmatched user experience. Synaptics' Design Studio(TM)4 (DS4) accelerates the ClearPad development cycle by enabling customers to evaluate and optimize the performance of their touch experience, enabling OEMS to implement their custom ClearPad sensor solution more efficiently.

The Samsung 840 Pro

This new drive is actually the professional version of the 840 series, so in a way it's a double upgrade since the 830 series didn't have a Pro version. The new drive differentiates itself from the rest of its SSD siblings by using Samsung's high-performance toggle-mode NAND flash memory, making it the direct competitor to the recently reviewed Corsair Neutron GTX.
The new Samsung 840 Pro was very fast, but it wasn't faster than the 830 series in certain tests, making it hard to justify the new drive's current cost, which is some 35 percent higher than its predecessor's. Plus the drive doesn't come with any accessories such as drive-bay converter for use with a desktop, which makes it much less of a good deal than the 830 series. In the 840 Pro's defense, it does indeed use much less power than the 830 series, or than other other SSDs I've seen for that matter.
