Nintendo Wii U arrives in November

Those who are waiting for the New Nintendo Wii U, here are the specifics.
The Set, white hardware, will cost $299 and include one GamePad, a sensor bar, and 8GB of internal storage. A Deluxe Set, with black hardware, will include the same, but with 32GB of internal storage, plus a charging dock for the GamePad and a stand for the console itself. Only the Deluxe Set includes a game in the box, in this case a sampler-style game called Nintendo Land.

What happens when we change our mind? And what exactly does it take for a person to change her mind and begin to act on the basis of this shift?
